I know that there are some maledom/femsub chastity practices. But it doesn’t seem nearly as important as it does in femdom relationships. Perhaps because long-term it isn’t nearly as appealing for dominant men even if they can have as much fellatio as they want.

With me, teasing and denial go together. Chastity without erotic teasing is just bland and pointless, especially since I don’t believe in the whole “chastity makes you a better man” thing.
The length of time varies. I’ve found it works best if I don’t know how long it will be. It also helps to mix it up- I may be locked up for a week, then a few days, then a few weeks, etc. with varying amounts of “time off” in between lockups. It helps keep it interesting and fun.

My girlfriend (now my femdom) and I started practicing chastity and orgasm denial on me a little over 2 years ago to curb my anger and to halt a sexual addiction to personal masturbation. At first, it was very difficult and emotional for me, but now I have turned erection and orgasm control over to her in a female supremacy relationship and I love it.
We agreed on a program of one orgasm per week for me (usually Sunday is the day of ejaculation) - 52 orgasms per year. I agreed to attempt 14, 21 and 28 day chastity periods occassionally after which I would receive 2, 3 and 4 orgasms in succession on the ejaculation day for obeying her wishes and successfully completing the required chastity periods.
