Having asked in - ProDomme : You? - why women who may have considered becoming a professional dominatrix chose not to, it is only fair that I invite those who decided to adopt it as their livelihood to share the reasons why.
Perhaps it is solely a comfortable way of making money that allows you independence and free time. Or it is sexually fulfilling (at times). Maybe a mix of the two.

For me becoming a professional dominatrix was an easy decision.
I owned a successful small business, a business that I had to spend a tremendous amount of time with in order to keep it successful. I just wasn’t able to pursue my dominance in the way I wanted while spending so much time in vanilla business pursuits. I just didn’t get to play enough to satisfy my own needs.
When it comes down to it I became a professional dominatrix so that I could play. Play a lot. Play every day, for I delight in my play!
