Physical attraction is necessary for me. While I probably won’t end up with a supermodel, there’s got to be a spark there.
As far as personality traits, the big things for me are that she’s loving (and not afraid to show it) and not obsessed with d/s. Huge ego is something that grates on my nerves. I go for someone who understands that being dominant isn’t an excuse to be lazy or selfish.
Fidelity is also extremely important.
A good sense of humor and a healthy sex drive also are on the list, as well as attempting to get (or already having) some sort of career going. Those are pretty standard even among ‘nillafolk, so I don’t think that’s asking a lot.
