What Do You Want From a Pain Bottom?

A top profile that specified that the man didn’t want selfish stoics gave me a moment’s pause. I have a fairly stoic temperament. A quality that has proven handy and helped me get through many a rough patch.
Whip me and I’ll whimper and writhe. But I have disappointed by just sort of accepting my fate. I desire to be degraded but am very difficult to humiliate. Want me to drink your piss? Sure, no problem. I don’t mind. I’m sorry that I don’t mind. I really wish I did.

Mostly I want all of the above - reactions, responses. I would love to play with someone who wants to take a lot of pain, who feels it fully, and who remembers it with relish later. I want suffering and enjoyment all mixed up in one heady package. Mmm.
I like marks too, when I can leave them.
However, just to be clear, I am not claiming that one type of bottom or submissive or masochist is “better” or more “real” or “true” than another kind.

It really depends on my mood and the sub. Generally, I want them to surf to the edge of their subspace with me, till they beg me through tears to relent — and then go one step further in honor of me.
Sometimes however, I love the brats, who playfully, though intentionally goad me into intensifying sensation until they’re totally lost in themselves and I’m the one both inflicting the pain and keeping them from undue harm.
I love leaving marks, I love hearing shouts or screams, whether muffled or otherwise. But more than that, I want to ensure that my sub is accepting the pain I give with the same intensity I’m using.
