What is the best bargain you have in your toy collection? A common item you found at a discount or thrift store? A simple toy you constructed yourself?
Even though it may not seem like much it has afforded you considerable pleasure, which is what we do all this fetish stuff for anyway.

I have a wooden spoon that’s about 18” long and at least 1/2” thick. It was less than a buck. If it breaks, I’ll buy a new one. It’s lasted for at least a dozen scenes so far.

The best toy we have for the least money is our chain harness, which Boy Toy and I made ourselves. We simply bought some chain and used metal rings he already had (which he got at the hardware store). The collar we use is a more expensive piece, but that’s just the one we had on hand, I’m sure it can be substituted with something cheaper, say a dog collar or something. We love this harness and it’s seen a lot of use :D
